Elmo: Dancing Music Books Part 1

As the music from Part 1 grew louder, the furniture seemed to join in. The lamp swayed, the bed cushions bopped, and even Elmo’s crayons rolled back and forth in their box.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. It was Abby Cadabby, clutching her wand. "I heard music, Elmo! Is there a dance party?"

Abby giggled and waved her wand. "Zippity-zap! Let’s add some sparkle!" With a puff of pink glitter, the room filled with floating musical notes that glowed in the air.

"Elmo found his music book, Abby! Do you want to do the Sunny Day Shuffle?" As the music from Part 1 grew louder,

Elmo couldn't help himself. His feet started to tap. Tap-tap, slide. Tap-tap, slide.

They danced until they were breathless and giggling on the floor. Elmo looked at the book, which was now glowing with a soft blue light, signaling the end of the first chapter. It was Abby Cadabby, clutching her wand

"That was just Part 1," Elmo said, wiping a bit of glitter off his nose. "Elmo wonders what kind of music is in Part 2!"
