Everything changes during a routine commute. Kinji is targeted by the "Butei Killer," a mysterious criminal rigging the city with explosives. Just as Kinji is cornered, a girl literally falls from the sky.
Through high-speed chases on the Tokyo rail, duels on sinking luxury liners, and supernatural showdowns, Kinji and Aria form a volatile but effective bond.
