Depending on what you mean by "post," there are several ways to share content through Messenger:

: Tap Stories (or the People tab) at the bottom of the app, then tap Add to story . messenger

You can create full posts directly within groups from the Messenger Help Center interface.

Notes are short, 60-character updates that appear at the top of your chat list for friends to see. You can create full posts directly within groups

: Open the Messenger app, tap Post a note (near your profile picture), type your thought, and hit Share .
