Treyvon stops taping and looks at Marcus, his eyes cold. "Scouting reports don't mean anything when the lights come on and the defense is actively trying to break you. The episode ends with Marcus alone in the darkening practice gym, the sound of a single basketball echoing as he practices a simple, fundamental mid-range jumper over and over again, the glitz and glamour of his social media world faded into the background.

Marcus immediately tries to put on a show. He demands the ball, executing a series of dizzying crossover dribbles that leave his defender grasping at air. He drives to the basket and finishes with a spectacular, high-flying dunk that draws gasps from the small crowd of team staff and media. Marcus lets out a roar, looking directly at Treyvon.
