The film follows Satya (Ram Pothineni), a doctor who arrives in Kurnool only to find the city gripped by the terror of a ruthless gangster named Guru (Aadhi Pinisetty). After a brutal personal setback, Satya realizes that medicine cannot cure the city's "cancer"—only a uniform can. He returns as a fierce police officer to take down Guru in a classic battle of good versus evil.
